Policies

Please read all policies before booking. Once your booking has been confirmed, that indicates you have read through this page and agreed to all terms and conditions.

Payment

I accept all forms of payment including CashApp, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Cash. You will receive further information on how to send your payment within 24 hours of your appointment. You are not obligated to tip but it is always appreciated when done so!

Allergens

Any products may be exposed to OR contain, but not limited to, nut allergens, latex, OR acetone chemicals.

Please advise me prior to your appointment of any potential allergens that can be avoided. I will not be held responsible for any potential injuries OR illnesses.

Parking

You may park at the Chic-Fil-A next door for (FREE), Future Residents Parking in front of the Rive (FREE), or the Retail Deck (Meter Parking). I cannot compensate any payment for meter parking if your appointment goes over time.

Deposit

No appointments are confirmed without the deposit made while booking with me. NailsBySpelset can forfeit any pending appointments for those without deposits paid. Please do not wait to secure your appointment! Each deposit goes towards the total.

Location

I will share my apartment number within 24 hours of your appointment date.

Refills

I offer refills for only sets I do on previous clients or any set by me. All foreign soak offs are $10, no exceptions.

Squeeze-In Appoinments

Any appointment made within 3 days of the desired date is considered a squeeze-in. An additional fee of $15 will be applied at the end of your appointment.

Deals and Discounts

Please adhere to all of the terms and conditions for each deal provided by NailsbySpelset. I generally promote fair prices and frequest discounts so please be on time with your deposits to qualify for each deal. After 24 hours of the date a deal ends, no longer qualifies for the appointment. (Ex: If the client books on August 20th and does not pay within 24 hours but makes a deposit on the 21st, the deal no longer qualifies. If he/she/they makes it on the 20th within 24 hours, the deal qualifies).

Client Late Policy

If you arrive or your ETA is 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, you must forfeit it. This includes making sure you park and arrive to the front office on time too. NailsBySpelset has the right to cancel your appointment if you are not here within 10 minutes or your rideshare is booked past the time your appointment should begin. No refunds allowed.

NailsBySpelset Policy

If NailsBySpelset goes over 10 minutes with another client or is late for any reason, a refund of $5 maximum will be applied to the appointment or given to the client directly. I am communicative with each client who may be booked after a set I am currently doing so please respond accordingly.
