Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking system or, if requested by NailsBySpelset, via direct message.
A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is successfully scheduled.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the technician’s discretion.
2. Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service.
Remaining balances are due at the time of service. We accept [cash, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, debit/credit, etc.].
Failure to pay the required deposit may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in denial of future booking privileges.
4. Services and Pricing
Prices for services are listed on our booking page/menu and are subject to change at any time.
Additional charges may apply for custom designs, length, or other add-ons.
We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to, unsanitary conditions, disrespectful behavior, or health concerns.
5. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or infections prior to their appointment.
For the safety of all clients, we do not perform services on those with visible nail infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions.
Masks and sanitization procedures may be required in compliance with state or local health guidelines.
6. Refunds and Satisfaction
All services are final. Full refunds will not be issued once a service has been performed. The 2 options for any client is a $5 refund or 30% off your next booking.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify NailsBySpelset before leaving the appointment so that adjustments can be made. Leaving confirms that you are fully satisfied with the service and no errors are to be made.
Repairs for broken or damaged nails within [e.g., 48–72 hours] may be offered free of charge; after that, repair fees may apply.
7. Personal Belongings
NailsBySpelset is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your appointment.
8. Guests
Bringing more than one guest per appointment AND no notification to NailsBySpelset that someone else will be accompanying you may result in a cancellation. Please communicate at least 24 hours in advance if a guest will be present.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our official booking site or social media and are effective immediately upon posting.
